Kerrin Sheard approached Jenny to use NH as a cup of tea and chat spot for Greens Member David Shoebridge who has a passion for community housing and homes for low income earners. Kerrin of course immediately thought of Bend and our model. They will be having a small walk along the pathway to NH a cuppa and a meeting with some other of the community working to provide more affordable quality homes.
